Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours. The processing time could be longer during busy periods.

WHAT DELIVERY COURIERS DO YOU USE?
We collaborate with trustful carriers such as Bpost, DPD and DHL.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes we can. At the checkout you can choose an alternative delivery address to your billing address.
However, once your order has been processed and you’ve received your order confirmation email we are unable to make any changes to the delivery details.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
When your parcel is ready to go, you’ll get an email, to let you know your order has been dispatched, including a personal tracking number.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CAN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If there’s nobody home the couriers will leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery or a pick-up in your nearest post office.
The carriers will leave you a note with clear instructions after the first attempt of delivery. The may attempt a second time or leave your package for pick-up at your nearest post office.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
As soon as you hit pay our team will start to process your order. You should receive a confirmation email, with all your order details.
You can check the progress of your order as it makes its way to you through the links in your confirmation e-mail.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
All parcels must be signed for. We can’t be held responsible to missing parcels once dispatched.
Please note that Faren Shop cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
HELP! MY DELIVERY IS LATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

THERE IS A MISSING ITEM IN MY DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Some of our items are so popular that they can go out of stock quickly.
You should have received an email from us confirming this and advising of a refund being processed for the missing item.
Depending on how you have paid please allow the following times of 1-7 days for your refund to appear in your account.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Customs and import duty charges do not apply to customers in the EU.
For International customers the price of the items does not include customs and import duties as these charges vary from country to country.
So please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
