GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
The present general conditions apply to any orders made through our website https://www.farenshop.com ("Faren Shop"). If you place an order with Faren Shop, you confirm (i) being major and capable of contracting; (ii) Be taken up residence in Belgium or abroad; (iii) ordered our articles only for personal use; (iv) That communications concerning the contract can be made under electronic form; (v) to have consulted the present General Terms of Sale.
Faren Shop proposes a range of fashion articles for women. The proposed items in the sale are the ones which appear on Faren Shop on the day of your order. They are described and presented to in way as exact as possible (images, sizes, colors, compositions, price,..) However, we disclaim all liability in case of error or in case of minor differences.
So that it establishes a commitment, any order must be beforehand confirmed by e-mail. If a paid article is not in stock anymore , you will receive a notification informing you about its unavailability, the item will be removed from the order and you will be refunded. The rest of the order will remain however definitive.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices are mentioned in EUR including VAT. The payment can be essentially made through Bancontact, Paypal, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
- PROPERTY RESERVE
Products remain the property of Faren Shop up to the complete payment of the sale price and if necessary the expenses of deliveries.
The orders are mainly delivered in Belgium or abroad to your place of residence or to your nearest post office or pick-up point. The expenses of deliveries are automatically calculated in your chart after you have chosen your method of delivery. The delivery deadlines informed during the signing of the order are approximate and not guaranteed. However, articles are generally sent within 5 working days after the confirmation of order.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your contract without motives within a deadline of 14 days from the date for confirmation of your order.
To do it, we invite you to notify us your intention by mentioning (i) the references of ordered items (ii) the date of confirmation and reception of the order, (iii) your name and your contact information. Ordered items must be returned to us at the latest within 14 days as from the day of your decision of retraction. The expenses of return after cancelling are at your own expenses and under your responsibility.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to items which would have been opened in whole or in part or which cannot be sent back for reasons of hygiene or health. In case of valid exercise of the right to withdraw, the amount of articles (as well as the expenses of standard delivery) will be refunded.
If you wish to make a complaint concerning delivered items, we want to be notified as mentioned above and please return us the delivered articles immediately. If the complaint is considered as confirm, we shall get in touch with you to proceed to a refund.
If one of the clauses of the present General Terms of Sale was judged wrong, illegal or not applicable, only the aforementioned clause will be cancelled, the other measures will remain valid.
- UPDATE OF GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
The present General Terms of Sale may be updated or modified without preliminary notice.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURIDICTION
All the orders made through Faren Shop will be governed by the Belgian law and any dispute bound to these orders will be submitted to the competence of the jurisdictions of Brussels.
